JAKE OWEN ARRESTED AFTER HAVING 'TOO GOOD OF A TIME ON CINCO DE MAYO'

Jake Owen was arrested in Vero Beach, Fla., and tweeted a photo of himself in white shorts with his hands cuffed behind his back.
He tweeted: "I was wearing an old man mask and the sheriff decided to rip me out of Steak And Shake and embarrass me in front of my family. Classic." The tweet was later erased, as was a rant about the police.
Jake tweeted: "You give a guy a gun and a badge and he thinks he's John Wayne. I'm calling it a night. My mom cried. My Dad was embarrassed."
A day later, he wrote: "Y'all I apologize. The IRC Sheriff was doing their job. I love hometown. I had too good of a time on Cinco de Mayo."

Jake's publicist says he was not charged with any crime and that the whole episode was a "misunderstanding."
