DARIUS RUCKER SURPRISED WITH OPRY INVITE... FROM BRAD PAISLEY
Darius Rucker was invited last night to become the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry.
Brad Paisley made the offer to Darius during a "question-and-answer session" with the crowd during the Opry's Tuesday night performance.
Brad was hiding out in the audience. Brad stood up and said: "My question is in two parts.
"Are you still the worst poker player in the world? ... Other question is would you like to be the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry?"
Darius replied: "You're kidding me? Tonight? Really? No."
Brad fired back, "You haven't answered," prompting Darius to graciously respond, "Yes, I would."
Darius' Opry membership will become official on Oct. 16.
