~~Jason Aldean will be making his first-ever appearance at New York's Madison Square Garden during his upcoming Night Train tour. Tickets to the March 2 concert with Jake Owen and Thomas Rhett go on sale Friday (Jan. 18) via Ticketmaster.
Jason Aldean's tour launches Feb. 21 in Bossier City, La. He's scheduled to appear March 11 at Reliant Stadium in Houston during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He'll also headline stadium concerts at the University of Georgia's Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga., on April 13, a two-night stand at Boston's Fenway Park on July 12-13 and Chicago's Wrigley Field on July 20.
~~Luke Bryan to the rescue!
On Thursday, Janet McCormick's horse Misty took a 15 foot fall into Tennessee's Harpeth River when the rain soaked river bank gave away.
The horse struggled to keep her head above water when Luke and a friend, who were enjoying a boat ride on the river, spotted the horse and alerted rescuers and family.
It took more than a dozen people several hours to pull Misty from the river.

~~Brad Paisley will travel to Washington D.C. to take part in the Presidential Inauguration events, which are scheduled to take place on Jan. 19 and 21.
Brad joins the line-up for the festivities leading up to the official start of President Obama's second term in office. Katy Perry, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Far East Movement, fun., Nick Cannon, Soul Children of Chicago, Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, Mindless Behavior, Marc Anthony and members of the cast of ‘Glee' are also on the bill.
~~On Friday, Keith Urban‘s wife, Nicole Kidman visted "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". Nicole discussed their mix of Aussie charm with southern roots. And it turns out that two year old Faith Margaret and four year old Sunday Rose may have their daddy's musical abilities.
Nicole said, "She[Sunday] has really good pitch. I'd love it [if she sings]. The great thing about being married to a musician is you have music in the house all the time. [Keith will] play the piano at 7 a.m. … we have breakfast around the piano."

~~Blood alcohol results show Randy Travis was legally drunk when he was arrested naked following a traffic accident in Texas.
Grayson County's District Attorney says Travis was formally last week with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.15. The legal limit for driving in Texas is 0.08. The Class A misdemeanor is punishable by up to two years in jail and a $4,000 fine.
Travis was arrested on a DWI charge and freed on bond following the Aug. 7 single-vehicle accident near Tioga, about 60 miles north of Dallas. Travis still faces a retaliation charge for allegedly threatening officers.
~~ Miranda Lambert has found a new way to raise money for her pet charity - she's asking for donations from fans who ask to take photos with her.
Miranda has agreed to pose for pictures with customers visiting her Pink Pistol boutique in exchange for $100 to benefit her Muttnation Foundation.
Miranda says she is regularly bombarded by picture requests while working in her shop in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, and calls her new arrangement the perfect solution.
She tells Country Weekly, "I'm always torn: I want to be accessible and all that, but when I'm at the store, I'm actually working. I'm constantly moving merchandise and working the soda fountain, and if I get stopped and asked for a picture, it'd go crazy if I did everybody.
"Now I can do pictures and meet fans and also raise money for my doggies. So it works out good. I ask for $100 donation to my Muttnation Foundation and we've raised $2,500 just by taking a photo. I don't ever want the perception of people thinking I'm charging money for my photo. It's definitely not for me - it's all for the animals."
