COPS MAY HAVE FINALLY TAKEN DOWN THE FORMER LAPD COP TURNED GUNMAN
After killing two LAPD cops, former policeman Christopher Dorner's crime spree might finally be over.
Police raided a mountainside cabin where Dorner was holed up in the Big Bear region of California.
The raid started after a couple was held hostage by Dorner and one of them escaped and called the cops. A major gunfight broke out. Hundreds of rounds were fired. Two deputies were shot. One of them died.
During the raid, the cabin started on fire and burned to the ground, and the shooter was still inside.
Problem is, the police aren't 100% if it was Dorner inside the cabin. They did find a body in the burned down cabin, but they're waiting on forensic tests to be done to make a positive ID.
